Hola!

I am the mother of a 2 year old (almost 3), little boy. When my child was born, I was less than comfortable about taking him to daycare. His father and I made ourselves crazy re-arranging our schedules so that he could be with one of us at all times. Of course you can’t do that forever. So at 10 months of age, I had no choice but to put him into daycare. He has been at Bright Start ever since. He LOVES it there and so do I. The staff there is absolutely amazing!
Its so much more than daycare, it’s an educational environment. I am genuinely shocked with how much my child learns. He teaches me new songs. Once, he came home singing a song in French! I videoed him and showed it to his teacher because I knew where he learned it. He either has learned , or is perfectly capable of learning things that some children don’t know until much later. He knows the importance friends, his ABC’s, he counts, sings so many songs, and just today he said the entire Pledge of Allegiance! This is amazing for a 2 year old. Recently I moved and changed jobs. I chose to continue taking him to Bright Start, even if it means a longer commute. He would miss everyone there and they would miss him. For me, changing childcare centers was not an option. The staff at Bright Start are his extended family!

From the moment I enrolled my son at BSA June 2012, I think I knew we’d end up loving the teachers and staff as family. We have had wonderful experiences including a 2 yr old asking before bed, “Mommy, I go school tomorrow???” As a parent, nothing could possibly make me happier. He has grown tremendously and I know BSA has had a huge hand in this. They are kind, considerate and treat my son like one of their own children. Children don’t lie and it melts my heart when he is so happy to be at school and when I pick up, can’t wait to tell me all about his day. We have recommended BSA to all of our friends looking for daycare and couldn’t be happier with our experience. A few of the BIG high-5’s need to go to Miss Elley, who is simply the BEST!! Miss Val, who is also one of the kindest people I’ve ever met, and Miss Ashley, who is still involved with Steven’s life even though he’s not in her class. That’s dedication. I hope you know just how good of a team you have working for you……I sure do!

We are lucky enough to have both of our children enrolled at Bright Start Academy; one school-aged child and an 18 month-old. We have been at other childcare centers in town when our school-aged child was younger. We have been very pleased with the education and care the kids receive at Bright Start Academy. The staff are so welcoming and positive. You can tell that they really care for the kids and are as concerned about their learning and development as we are as parents. Choosing a childcare center for your kids is one of the most important decisions/investments you will make as parents, and we have been extremely pleased with our decision to enroll our children at Bright Start Academy!

Bright Start has been a great place to send my kids (Ages 3 years and 5 months). They were immediately receptive to handling the issues my strong-willed three year old was experiencing. She gets excited to go to school most mornings so she can play and learn with her friends. The staff is good at handling discipline and the education of my older child.
My younger child needed a little extra TLC when he started at 12 weeks. The staff was great at attending to his needs. They are always willing to listen and, the most important part, address any concerns we have as parents.
This also applies to the director, who always makes time for us if we need it. She is always courteous, quick to respond to e-mail and truly cares for our children, even though they are only 2 in a school of 100+.
